When does your lawn mowing service in Cold Lake start and end?

Our lawn cutting service in Cold Lake usually runs from May 15th to September 15th. However, this may be impacted by seasonal weather conditions.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

Our services can be canceled at anytime.  

How do you dispose of grass clippings?

Grass clippings are normally discarded in the green bins. If you prefer that we take the clippings away, that can be arranged at an extra cost per bag.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

When delayed by weather, we will reschedule your property for the next day in which the conditions permit. This will usually be the following day.

Can you mow my lawn monthly or every 3 weeks?  

Sorry we currently only offer lawn maintenance on either a weekly or biweekly schedule. But you are free to switch between the two options if you’d like

Do you offer any sod, gutter cleaning, or other services not listed on your site?

We focus on providing lawn care maintenance, gardening and fire wood to our clients. Feel free to ask if it is something you feel we can do during one of your scheduled services.  If we can't do it, we probably know who can.   

If I have fertilizer package can I still sign up for biweekly mows?  

Fertilizer can cause grass to grow too fast for biweekly mowing. For some properties with fertilizer packages we will only offer weekly mowing. Cut less frequently can be unhealthy for a lawn and at times difficult for our crews and equipment.  

What height do you cut lawns at?

We cut lawns at a standard height of 2-3 inches. We recommend keeping the grass longer in summer months to better withstand the heat. If you prefer to have your grass cut at a different length, we are open to accommodating you.

How do I book my service?

Most CUT 'N CARE services can be booked online, simply add the item to your cart, and check out.  Once your order has been placed, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment and outline the next steps!
